1933 Tootsie Toy, No.192, 4pc. Milk Trailers Set in Original Box
Wonderful four piece, die cast metal, Milk Trailers dairy set manufactured by Tootsie Toy. Comes complete with superb original box. The set consists of a yellow No. 805 Mack Milk Trailer Truck, a semi-trailer with rear tires, and two full trailers. The Trailers have a die cast chassis carrying a ribbed, white, tin litho tank with Tootsie Toy Dairy printed on them. Each trailer has a fragile yellow stake rail running parallel to the tank on either side. All four pieces have their original white rubber tires for a total of 14 tires. The trailers connect using an alternating series of die cast loops and hooks. The Trailer Truck has a rear towing hitch which pegs through a hole on the bottom of the semi-trailer. The original box was printed in green, black, white and yellow. It has a terrific illustration of all four components connected together. "TOOTSIETOY MILK TRAILERS" is printed on the opposite panels and endflaps. Size: 13" overall when connected.
